Our Mission
The Global Progress Foundation aims to represent and promote the values and objectives of the global democratic, progressive movement. It upholds the universal values of equality including gender equality, social justice, democracy and human rights on global scale. It is future oriented and wishes to invest in networks and innovative ideas that will protect and empower open, democratic, human centric, inclusive societies and educate opinion and decision making leaders that will serve this purpose.
Working globally, it is devoted to the elimination of any cause of discrimination based on race, skin color, gender, sexual identity, age, dialect or language, religious beliefs.
It invests in peace building, conflict management and resolution through diplomacy as well as dialogue of religions and civilisations.
It supports the efforts for eradicating poverty and the implementation of global development goals.
It invests in actions that contribute in reversing climate change, achieving a more sustainable and fairer industrial production, creating inclusive cities with access to housing and essential services.
It supports human centric societies, democratizing access to new technologies and scientific progress, through political and digital education.
It invests in the deepening of democratic institutions, free and fair elections , the modernisation of political parties and the interaction with informed citizens.
The Global Progress Foundation in Barcelona for GPM
The Global Progress Foundation actively participated in the Global Progress Mobilization that took place in Barcelona on 17-18 of April 2026 and organized also with partner organizations, twelve panels with 63 speakers . Our panels aimed to highlight geographical and cultural diversity as a key parameter for an inclusive world society.
